Welcome to Accountable. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the app. We have kept them as plain and warm as we can. By creating an account, you agree to what follows.

1. Using Accountable

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app to show up for the people in your circles. Please use it the way it is meant to be used, and do not try to break, copy, or misuse it.

2. You must be 13 or older

Accountable is for people 13 years of age and older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet that age. If you are under the age your local law requires for an account like this, please do not sign up.

3. What you share is yours, and it is your responsibility

You own what you post. You are responsible for it. By posting, you let us show your content to the circles you share it with so the app can work. Please only share what is yours to share, and what honors the people around you.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that is hateful, harassing, explicit, threatening, or otherwise harmful is not allowed. You can report any content or person, and you can block anyone you would rather not interact with. We review reports and act within 24 hours, and we may remove content or accounts that break this rule. This keeps the space safe for everyone who is trying to grow here.

5. Your account

Keep your login details safe and let us know if something looks wrong with your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

6. The app is provided as it is

We work hard to make Accountable reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be perfect or available. The app is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, to the extent the law allows.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. If we make a meaningful change, we will let you know. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
